Amorphous Studio is operated as a sole trader based in Australia. We are not registered for GST; therefore, all prices displayed are GST-exempt.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website or its systems.

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website or its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

All products and services offered on our Website are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include GST, as Amorphous Australia is not registered for GST.

Full payment must be received before any order will be processed or shipped.

We accept payment through the methods displayed on our Website. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers; we do not store your payment details.

For custom printed or decorated products, production begins once your design and payment have been confirmed.

Custom or decorated items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has commenced, unless required by Australian Consumer Law (for example, in cases of a major fault or defect).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design files, colours, and placement details are correct prior to approval.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Express Post: 3–5 business days

• Standard Post: 5–7 business days

These are estimates only. Amorphous Australia is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once items have been lodged with Australia Post. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any re-delivery fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

• Custom or decorated items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Undecorated items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund, subject to a $10 restocking fee per order.

• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are faulty.

All content, designs, artwork, logos, text, graphics, and images on this Website are the intellectual property of Amorphous Studio.

This includes all original artwork, product designs, and any designs displayed as examples or sold through the online store.

By submitting any artwork, logo, or design to Amorphous Australia, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to use and reproduce the material.

• The material does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Designs submitted to us may be shared with third-party printers or suppliers for production purposes but are not authorised for reproduction or resale.

Customers may choose to create an account or checkout as a guest.

We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfil your orders. Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required for order fulfilment or as required by law.
