Introduction

At Amorphous Studio, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery of all products purchased through our website www.amorphous.au.

This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and responsibilities.

Processing Times

  • Undecorated Orders: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or Printed Orders: Custom printed, or decorated items require additional production time, which can take between 2-3 weeks.

Processing does not include transit time with the courier.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within Australia only using Australia Post:

  • Express Post: Estimated delivery 3–5 business days

  • Standard Post: Estimated delivery 5–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for online only orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the total weight of your order. Custom orders will be provided a quote featuring the shipping costs.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email (where applicable).


You can use this to monitor the delivery status through the Australia Post website.

Amorphous Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package has been lodged with Australia Post.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full name

  • Street address and postcode

  • Contact number

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Customer unavailability for delivery

  • Natural disasters, weather events, or Australia Post delays

Any additional fees for re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@amorphous.au with your order number and photos (if applicable).


We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders outside Australia will not be accepted.
